Based off the most recent episode, this one should be pretty easy to do.  

I think RD needs to learn another lesson, this one about not breaking laws in Equestria.  

How I see it is a simple two panel comic, first panel a letter to Celestia with a PS similar to what I said above.  Second panel, a displeased RD in the orange jump suit with one of those garbage poker sticks, maybe an ankle monitor, under guard (?) with the text 199.5 community service hours to go.
